    La vivienda está muy bien ubicada. La gestión de la empresa es muy mala.

    La ubicación. El piso es tal como consta en la descripción de booking

    La comunicación con la empresa que gestiona la vivienda, solo puede ser en ingles o portugués. Hemos estado 5 días en la última semana de agosto. Desde el primer día no hemos tenido agua caliente en la vivienda. A pesar de avisarles desde el primer día por wasap y por booking, cada respuesta de la empresa ha sido cada día de que debido a una avería se aplazaba al día siguiente la reparación. Cada día respondía una persona distinta de la empresa No nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa ni solucionaron la incidencia. Una vez finalizada la estancia pedí la factura y el libro de reclamaciones electrónico. Han pasado 8 día y no se han dignado a responder

    Eine angenehme Unterkunft im wunderschönen Lissabon

    Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Lissabon verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Außerdem kann man zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen zu Fuß erreichen. Für die Anreise mit Koffern empfiehlt sich ein Taxi, da die Pflastersteine der Straße sehr uneben sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Kaution wurde uns problemlos und rasch zurückerstattet.

    Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ein bisschen holprig. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt.
