    המיקום, המארחת הנחמדה, הניקיון והגודל של הדירה. יושב ממש בתוך הגטו היהודי, על כל שדרת המסעדות הכשרות וקרוב מאוד ליציאה לכל האתרים המרכזיים.

    העובדה שהמונית לא יכולה להגיע לדירה ויש ללכת עם המזוודות עד לדירה וכנ״ל ביציאה.
