Very poor
Location
The apartment (not a penthouse ) was very dirty, the furniture very old and dirty. I had to call a lady for deep cleaning and paid for it myself. some electric sockets open with exposed cables, fridge door rubber hanging and not closing properly, bathroom and wardroom cabinet doors broken, dishes old and dirty and not complete with only 3 tea cups and no tea pot, no kettle was provided, no mosquito nets making it very hard to sleep at night.. i had to buy new towels, kettle, glasses, frying pan and pot, pillows because the ones in the apartment were very old ad filthy. In the end the owner Olga sent me some fake pictures accusing us that we left the apartment in a mess, but luckily i took a video before i left which she couldn't deny. And Francisco who handles the apartment is working there as the concierge confirmed that the apartment was in clean condition. In the end the owner didn't even apologize. All the pictures and correspondence is available as proof of the above mentioned.

Awesome value if you need to stay in Morumbi area
Amazing, spacious apt, safe area, many shops are walkable and the staff ( Sr. Francisco) was amazing! Very responsive and attentive property owner. Our kids loved the hot tub.
We enjoyed everything.
