Very clean and comfortable. The apartment was in a good location in Tulum and we loved the rooftop pool.
Lots of stairs to go up to get to the apartment. The beds were a little hard too.

Parfait
Appartement parfait : propre, décoré avec goût, toit terrasse avec jacuzzi, entrée sécurisée, quartier calme. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Nice place to stay but some basics missing.
The rooftop terrace and the private pool were great. Beds were comfortable and spacious.
Loud conversation sides next to the property. There was an issue with the hot water but thankfully we got a partial reimbursement for that. However, it was still had a hard time managing without hot water with a baby. There were some basic things missing like drying rack for the dishes. The dishes and glasses themselves were plastic which is not a great feeling.
