    Dirty, Tons of Stairs

    Good location, assigned parking space,, kind responses.

    Dishes and hot pads were dirty, washing machine was full of water and wouldn't turn on, stained couch and comforter, beds were not made (blankets were just folded and set on beds), had to upload photo of id to check in. It wasn't clear that there was a check-in link and a separate link with parking instructions. Would be nice to mention that there are tons of stairs, even to get in the unit. There were no basic seasonings (like said and pepper).

    Mice in the house. We had to leave a few hours after check in because we saw mice running around in the kitchen. Also loads of stairs (should be noted)

    Once we were able to get in, we loved it!

    Very comfortable space in a great location.

    I was given the incorrect code for the front door. As a result, I had to wait out in the cold for nearly half an hour for the host to respond to my message and provide the correct code.
