    The smell ruined our holiday!

    The location was right by the sea, which was lovely. However, as it was during the summer holidays, the beach was extremely busy and we couldn’t find any parking near the building. The apartment itself was quite old and dated and looked as though it hadn’t been renovated in at least 20 years. It honestly reminded me of my Greek grandmother’s house in the 1980s. Most of the people living in the building seemed to be elderly, and the apartment next door was derelict and gave off a terrible smell. It was so bad that we couldn’t even sit on the balcony. We informed the owner, but they explained that they couldn’t do anything about the neighbours. While I understand that this may be true, personally, I wouldn’t rent out an apartment knowing that guests would have to deal with such an unpleasant smell during their holiday. In my opinion, this is part of the overall hospitality experience. If the conditions aren’t suitable for a comfortable stay, the apartment shouldn’t be advertised as a great holiday rental.

    Renovate the apartment and renovate the building! The value for money is very low.

    Would definitely stay here again

    Beautiful view !

    The next door neighbor has an enclosed veranda and all the birds go there so in the middle of the day when it’s very hot, you could smell the odor of the pigeons. Maybe somebody should tell him to clean it.
