    Great apartment at Brickell Avenue

    The building: impecable clean, organized, well structured, friendly staff, complete gymnasium, business room, two big living rooms, pool and jacuzzi. Simply perfect. The unit: fully equipped and cozy for up to 3 people. With a good kitchen, bath and wardrobes. Amazing sunset view. The location: better impossible! Near everything you can possible need or desire . (Markets, shopps, restaurants, bars, medical services, farmacy, etc. You can do everything by foot.

    The bath doesn't have a strong water fall and eventually has an bad odor that comes from the tube. But it's OK, nothing that diminishes how good this apartment is.

    Exceptional

    This property is absolutely awesome! The building itself has everything you can imagine from great accessories, comfortable bed, clean and beautiful room with an awesome view! The pool in the house is the best pool I have been to. Hot tub, steam room, sauna and everything was just great. The area is right downtown in brickell with great restaurants and super nice areas to walk around. Super close to a water with a beautiful view of the city. Parking is super convenient and made everything easier. The host is also great. Super flexible, understanding, and responds always within couple minutes no matter when I reach out and with whatever it is. 10/10 recommend.
