Non c’era alcun tipo di ricambio come cuscini,lenzuola o coperte,il riscaldamento non funzionava bene e faceva freddo.

Séjour agréable à Londres avec un hôte réactif et un studio propre
Frankie est très sympathique et réactif : il répond rapidement aux messages. Le logement est situé en banlieue, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro station "Upton Park" ; il faut compter environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Le studio situé au RDC est conforme aux photos, il est propre, rénové et cosy.
La lumière de l’entrée reste allumée toute la journée et même la nuit. Il y a également des nuisances sonores liées à l’escalier et aux deux portes d’entrée. Le chauffage ne fonctionne que sur certaines plages horaires. Enfin, le matelas du lit n’était pas très confortable.

Frankie the host was very helpful. Also they gave a PDF info about the apartment which was very useful. Definitely value for money in London.
