The property was in a good location. Close to the Duomo, on a Main Street but not too busy. The building was great. Instructions on how to enter apartment was simple which we really appreciated. The apartment was very spacious - perfect for our family/group of 10. It had a washing machine and a dryer which were a plus! The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. Lara was easy to talk to and very friendly.
The washing machine was very dirty and had mould - my mum had to buy cleaning products and cleaned it very well with a washing machine cleaner about 10 times for us to be able to use it. My kids have sensitive skin - so we were apprehensive on all the linen - as we assume all towels/linen were washed in the same washing machine. But the dryer was awesome and seemed brand new. The bathrooms - in comparison to the kitchen - were old and need a facelift. Shower wall and flooring were a bit suspicious - we all wore rubber slippers while we showered. One bathroom - the ensuite - had no shower door - just a shower curtain - so a lot of water was coming out when we showered.

The host cancelled our stay less than 16 hours before our scheduled check-in. Given the extremely short notice, this has caused significant disruption to our travel plans. Furthermore, no compensation has been provided to address the inconvenience.

This apartment is an excellent choice for a group of people! Not only it was very spacious, but it was totally spotless! The owner Lara was super easy to communicate to, the building is located in a perfect location close to both Navigli and Duomo di Milano, the check in was smooth and it was really easy to get into the apartment with only a klick on the link. To our surprise, Lara was also very kind and did allow us a late check out without extra charge, so we were able to leave our stuff and walk luggage free after our check out. A huge thanks from our group of 10 and we wish you all the best with the future tenants!🌺❤️
