    Snídaňový balíček byl nepoživatelný, za tu cenu rozhodně neodpovídal - balený croissant tvrdý, k tomu přihodili nejlevnější sušenky, suchary, marmeládu, 2ks ovoce. Takze pokud nestíháte snídani, doporučuji ji zrušit.

    Unfreundliches Personal, keine Einsicht.

    Essen war gut

    Ich habe über Booking.com 3 Zimmer reserviert und dafür eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Trotzdem wurde mir der doppelte Betrag verrechnet, weil die Mitarbeiter am Empfang behaupteten, ich hätte 6 Zimmer gebucht. Obwohl ich die Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com vorgezeigt habe, wollten die Mitarbeiter diese nicht akzeptieren. Der Umgang war sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Ich bin mit dieser Erfahrung sehr unzufrieden. Ich erwarte, dass meine Buchung überprüft, der zu viel bezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet und der Vorfall geklärt wird. So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist nicht akzeptabel.
