    Unprofessional service. A terrible experience that we would never want to go through again.

    They were not professional at all. One day, they completely canceled our reservation, claiming they had confused it with another room. The next day, when we arrived, we explained that we were coming from abroad and did not want to spend hours waiting around. They told us that check-in was at 3:00 PM and that the earliest they could accommodate us was 2:30 PM, without even mentioning that we could pay an extra fee to check in earlier. On the day of our departure, at 8:23 AM, they urgently asked us to leave because the next guest had paid extra to check in earlier. We had to wake up and leave immediately, as if we had sneaked in without permission rather than being paying guests. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible, and we will never stay here again. We travel frequently and make bookings all the time, but we have never experienced anything like this before.

    Very nice apartment, Katrina was a great host!

    Very modern and nice space

    Shower wasn’t aired out at first, so had a little bit of a weird smell, but it went away after we left door open for a while

    Super Lage. Apartment leider abgewohnt. Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht.

    Das Apartment besteht aus 4 separaten Wohnungen, welche einzeln vermietet werden. Super Lage des Hochhauses "Ambasador 3" mit 4 Fahrstühlen im Haus. 21. Etage mit Blick über Tirana. Badewanne direkt vor dem Fenster. Für Tirana relativ ruhig. Supermarkt im Haus. Unkomplizierter freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp.

    Mangelnde Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Defekte Einrichtung. Bettauflage durchgebrochen. Sauna im Apartment nicht funktionsfähig und wird als Abstellkammer für Wäsche benutzt.
