    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Terrible Food The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The sun loungers around the pool were incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. None of the pool bars were operating, there was no background music, and the poolside staff did not provide any service. However, the worst part was the unbearable noise starting at 7:00 AM. Staff began moving heavy metal carts around, creating an awful banging and clattering noise that made it impossible to sleep. We were forced to wake up so early because of the constant disturbance. Unfortunately, breakfast was just as disappointing. Almost all the food was cold, and the drinks were warm. After being woken up at 7 AM, we had hoped to at least enjoy a peaceful breakfast, but the staff continued dragging and banging the heavy metal carts around, making it impossible to relax even during the meal. The food quality was terrible, both at breakfast and dinner. The service was equally poor, and the overall standard was far below what one would expect from a hotel of this level. Dirty facilities, non-functioning pool bars, no poolside service, excessive early-morning noise, terrible food, and poor service throughout the stay. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our stay. The hotel management seriously needs to address these issues and improve both the service and the overall guest experience.

    Worth trying

    Very large territory very well looked after, staff are well trained, polite and friendly, hotel and restaurants are nice and clean.

    Details of the room provided on booking.com don’t correspond to the reality. Someone ticked all available boxes with no idea what it means. Also transparent dividers between balconies don’t provide privacy.
