    Location

It’s very loud at night, we were in floor 11 and someone was cleaning or maintenance. It was also very loud cause the elevator was extremely loud and we can heard it thru the door. I called the front desk about the noise but they didn’t do anything. Also they don’t provide much. No water no small towels

I really enjoyed my stay here. They accidentally cancelled my booking but they upgraded my room for free which is nice.

The room is clean and well kept. Staff are so accommodating.
