    Great fun with family

    The property was a great size for what we needed

    There was no hot water it took almost a day to sort and all it was was to turn the thermostat up which looks like it’s for the central heating! Good job it was 38 degrees outside so cold showers were bearable

    The location was great and the house was very clean, great for a mixed of adults and children.

    Not applicable as self catering

    Instructions on how the water heater works for hot water as nothing in the house. Hot water not enough for a house full (ie 8 double bedrooms= 14 plus people and not enough hot water each morning for this. Lack of garden chairs as large table but only 8 chairs as others broken/missing. Patio needed a jet wash as very dirty slabs. no line to dry towels after using the hot tub. No oven glove. Front first floor bedroom the floor was a tad spongy in places. The house is great for a family/large group but just needs that little bit attention in places. Maybe a washing machine as using the hot tub and clothes needed to be washed due to chlorine and being on the beach.
