    A bright, well-equipped apartment in an excellent central location, with great and helpful reception staff.

    The location was excellent, with grocery stores, clothing shops, tourist shops and the seafront all within easy reach. The reception staff were great — very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment was bright and sunny, with a good amount of storage space, and having an elevator was very convenient. We especially appreciated the washing machine and clothes drying rack, which were very useful during our 9-night stay. The apartment also had all the necessary cleaning equipment, which allowed us to keep it clean ourselves. The neighbors were quiet, and overall the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for a longer stay.

    We were told that cleaning would be offered every three days, but the apartment was cleaned only once during our 9-night stay. Fortunately, cleaning equipment was available in the apartment, so we were able to clean it ourselves. The street can also be a little noisy during the evening hours, although the building and neighbors themselves were quiet.

    Excellent location and comfortable apartment, it met our expectations.

    The location is perfect. They gave us a crib for our baby free of charge. Also, since we had a late flight in the evening, they also provided lockers to leave our baggage inside also free of charge. Even though we rented it out as an apartment, but they offered to clean it once during our stay and change the bedding, something you don't find everywhere.

    It would be nice to have some tissues available upon arrival or paper towel. Since we've booked the apartment because of the kitchen, having a couple of things there would have been nice.
