    Very dirty, no AC, Walls are humid, and in the room you can feel a constant smell of mold.

    Excellent location. Wonderful views of the water

    Dalla casa c’era una vista spettacolare. La pulizia era impeccabile e il gestore è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta tra spiaggia e centro di San teodoro.

    The area was clean, safe, comfortable, with some phenomenal landscape views, great location.

    Location and parking is perfect. Marco was extremely responsive via whats app and the videos, photos and information he provided was extremely helpful.

    There wasn't anything we didn't like. I think maybe upgrading the microwave to a microwave / grill / oven hybrid type one, would be perfect.
