Gunstige locatie, fijne gastheer
De eigenaar is via WhatsApp heel goed bereikbaar en geeft tips over van alles, ook is hij goed bereikbaar voor vragen. De accommodatie ligt heel gunstig en is in het algemeen goed verzorgd. Het is ook heel fijn dat er basisbehoeften aanwezig zijn, zoals een fles water, keukenrol, kruiden, olijfolie en bakpapier.
De bedden zijn (voor langere Nederlanders) wat te kort en smal, de matrassen zijn hard. In de douche lagen haren maar verder was de hygiene wel in orde.

We can only say thankyou to our hosts Paolo and his wife, very helpful couple after a very bad taxi ride that ended up in my losing my brief case due to the driver stopping at the wrong address and driving off with my bag in the cab!! Paolo and his wife rang all the taxi companies for us 🙏 so kind and helpful and good English. The apartment was beautifully clean and modern. With comfy beds, good air-conditioning - thoughtful stocked kitchen and a large modern bathroom with washing machine. Easy stairs to the apartment and close to the Plaza and lots of cafés, restaurants and shops of cental Valencia......great space to stay.
Only the rude taxi driver who dumped us at the wrong street 🙃

Loved the location in the oldest part of Valencia, wonderful character a small grocery shop nearby and a small plaza with bar and tapas. There are restaurants and bars everywhere and a vegan restaurant just a few city blocks away.
Sound travels because of the narrow zig zagging streets but it didn’t really bother me.

Pleasant stay in great location
Great location. Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area
One of the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning , but provided a fan which was ok but not ideal. Could also have done with a full length mirror in the bedroom.
