    Bad experience overall - who pays $300 to sleep on the floor?

    parking accommodations are decent

    asked for 2 Queen beds, only got a single Queen - requested a rollaway, they did not have any. Made no concessions at checkout - extremely poor customer services from management - they said there was nothing they could do about it. There were 3 adult guests in the room, one had to sleep on the floor. Pipeline had all the hotels in town booked full so we were unable to find other accommodations.
