  Was perfect for what we needed it for. Thank you

  We liked the location and how easy it was to find and park. Was easy enough to check in and collect the key. There was enough beds and they were decent enough sized rooms. Living room was big enough for us to sit in after we came back from the theatre

  Wasn’t really anything particularly bad, but when we arrived there were a few flies in the hallway and the kitchen we didn’t really notice anything else as we were off out within an hour to arriving. When we came back we noticed a considerable amount of spiders in the downstairs section but luckily nothing upstairs. We moved one of the sofas a little closer to the coffee table so we could all sit with each other and there was rubbish underneath one of the sofas that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few visits possibly. There was a used bar of soap on the en suite shower. Most of this really didn’t affected us but would like to let the host know for the next time someone stays. Also the fan in the single room seems to be broken as when we turned it on it was slanted and was making a funny noise so we switched it off immediately.

  Couldn’t use the washing machine as washing in it.

  Property from hell

  location was really nice

  The property it self was in poor maintenance condition, upon arrival we noticed it hadn't been cleaned , dirty, stained bed sheets, pillows, awful smell, and what made things worse BED BUGS . The list carrys on .......

  Very Disappointed

  The Only good thing regarding this Airbnb was the location, a 10minute walk to the bus stop, we got a 50 bus into the quays where we accessed the Coronation Street experience which was excellent, Also we found a great fish and chip shop that also done a lovely breakfast.

  The host Sean gave mixed messages, we had communicated a couple of days before our arrival with the reassurance we could check in a little earlier at no extra cost, But when we were in the taxi on the way to the house, he called to say he hadn't got the place ready giving excuses and asked us to come later, he also suggested we drop our bags and go back out while they finish getting ready. This was not appropriate, we had travelled from London and wanted to relax when we got to the house.No hand towels in ensuite, only 1 bath towel, bathmat dirty and covering split in lino. Toilet seat peeling, dirty in around toilet no plug in sink. We had to clean the shower and shook the bath mat out which was full of hair and dirt also had to wash the floor., no where to sit and do hair and make-up. Smelly sticks very over powering, not good if suffer with respiratory conditions. Every where dusty, not hoovered, quilt filthy stains, a door missing on wardrobe. Staines on walls and under light switches. Bedding all creased up and grubby. Decoration very poor. Front room floating shelves all bent nearly falling off the wall, rug is a trip hazard and filthy, settee uncomfortable stained and grubby. Had dirty dishes being washed in dishwasher and laundry still in washing machine. Coffee machine dirty, no milk tea or coffee. No welcome pack, no information where the local facilities are. Nothing like described in advert and pictures. Sean changing his mind when the property would be ready. Definitely would not recommend and definitely would never stay there again.

  Location was great. Big rooms fit us all perfectly.

  More kitchen equipment needed, oven items needed cleaning before using still food left on them. The garden was full of weeds.
