Ein Traumurlaub wenn der Checkin zuverlässig gewesen wäre.
Lage, Lage, Lage..... Da wir häufig auf Anna Maria Island Urlaubstage verbringen kennen wir uns mit allen Örtlichkeiten aus. Für Neulinge wäre wirklich eine InfoMappe nett. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher für das Appartment und auch einfache Strandtücher da. Ebenso Strandzubehör.
Vorabkontakt war sehr gut. Checkin hatte ich pünktlich auf 3 pm vorab mitgeteilt. Ich habe nach Ankunft in Orlando, etliche Tage vor Checkin, auch meine ESimnummer mitgeteilt. Es kam keine Mitteilung eines Zugangscode VOR Checkin wie mitgeteilt. Angeblich wäre ich nicht zu erreichen per Email. Komisch, sämtlicher Kontakt vorher war per Mail. Ich war pünktlich in Bradenton noch Lebensmittel einkaufen aber noch immer kein Code. Ich musste mit dem Auto und Klimaankage Vollgas auf der Insel kreisen. Erst über eine Stunde später kam der Code. Mit dem Stress ob womöglich alles nur Fake war war der erste Urlaubstag gelaufen. Es gab keine Entschuldigung! Wer aber später auscheckt muss eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlen, andersrum gilt es offensichtlich nicht. Es wäre nett wenn es mehr Glas- und Weingläser gäbe. Für mehrere Erwachsene ist Wein aus dem Becher nicht so toll. Ebenso fehlen ordentliche Schneidbretter für Fleisch, Obst, Gemüse. Die Eiswürfel funktionierten bei mir nicht, kann aber ein Anwenderfehler gewesen sein. Nur nach dem Ärger beim Checkin wollte ich keinesfalls Zeit verschwenden und auf einen Service warten.
