Convenient, good price and a comfortable stay.

Showing a little tear and wear.

  Great little place!

Comfy, self-contained flat, easy access to parking. Would definitely stay again.

Could use a few more pieces of cutlery in the kitchen and a bit more thought to storage as items such as drying racks and spare cushions thrown into the corners take the focus from how otherwise well-laid out and designed it is.

  Fantastic location

“ The flat is very close to the city centre, and it has everything you need. It’s a very nice and clean flat.”

  Good if it cleaned properly

  Spacious apartment with home appliances

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, particularly regarding cleanliness and the condition of the apartment. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. The floor and a small table had an unpleasant smell, and when we cleaned the kitchen table ourselves, the paper we used became black. We ended up buying our own cleaning spray because we did not feel the apartment was sufficiently clean. There were also a large number of flies and other insects inside the apartment, so we had to buy insect spray ourselves. We contacted the host about these issues, and we were told that a cleaner would come the following day. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement afterwards. Another issue was the parking information. The booking information stated that parking was available, but we were later told that we could only park on the public road in front of the apartment if we happened to find a space. This was not what we understood from the original listing. Finally, the sofa bed was quite old and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. I am giving this review based on our actual experience and not to be unfair to the host. The location and other aspects may suit some guests, but cleanliness, insects, parking information, and the condition of the sofa bed significantly affected our stay. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
