Все отлично, чисто, уютно. Единственное, на момент нашего пребывания, во дворе дома велись ремонтные работы, поэтому, машину приходилось ставить на соседних парковках.

We stayed in the apartment with friends. The owner was friendly, always available. Check-out was contactless. The location is excellent, with shops, pubs, restaurants and everything you might need just a short walk away. The apartment was new, stylish, spacious, clean and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that could make it even better would be installing an air conditioner in bedrooms, as currently there is one only in the living room. Please note that the building doesn't have an elevator. Also there is no private parking, so you can park in any available space.
