    Abends etwas Laut, liegt aber an der Lage im Zentrum und 1 Tuningfest für Autos, nächstes Wochenende Dorffest.

    Not a 5 star hotel

    Reception employess

    We stayed on the fifth floor of the hotel and have very mixed impressions. While the staff are polite in their interactions, they demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and an inability to handle unexpected situations. Around 4:00 AM, a loud, continuous noise began in our room, making it impossible to sleep. Given that there is a swimming pool above the fifth floor, we assume the noise was caused by the pumps or related equipment. We immediately called the reception, explained the situation, and requested to be moved to another room so that we could at least get some sleep for the remaining few hours. Unfortunately, the receptionist replied that he could not do anything because he was new, and that we would have to wait until morning for his colleague. It is completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel to leave a guest in a noisy room in the middle of the night—without offering any solution or an alternative room—simply because the night-shift staff are not trained to handle such issues. Politeness cannot compensate for a sleepless night and poor organization. Furthermore, the service in the restaurant was also poor; the staff were highly unprofessional.

    A place you just want to keep coming back to! 🤍

    This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in - feels like the definition of "quiet luxury". Everything is perfectly matched for guests: beautifully detailed interiors, wonderful signature scent, modern systems and a gorgeous sea view. Delicious a la carte breakfasts with a great buffet, plus relaxing wellness area with saunas, pool and jacuzzi made our stay complete. Staff is super professional, warm and welcoming. This hotel made our trip truly memorable. A place you just want to keep coming back to!
