  Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal, diese schöne Stadt zu besuchen, aber nicht in dieser Wohnung!

  Die Wohnung hat sehr gute Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Platz der Republik, 10 Minuten bis zum Markt "Vernisage". Unterwegs dahin können Sie jede Menge kleine Läden besuchen, lecker essen, diverse Touren buchen. Lecker essen kann man in den Restaurans "Goldene Khinkali" und "Taverne Erevan". Ansonsten gibt es Schnellrestaurantskette " SAS Food Court".

  Am Anreisetag gab kein Wasser in der Gegend und die Wohnung wurde nicht geputzt. Wasser gab's am Spätabend, aber keiner ist gekommen, um die Wohnung zu putzen, auch die nächsten Tage nicht. Am ersten Tag haben wir den Gastgeber gebeten, uns noch eine Decke zu geben, wir waren 5 Personen, es gab nur 4 Decken. Er hat sich darüber nur am vorletzten Tag erinnert. In der WC der Toilettendeckel wackelt, man kann diesen gar nicht normal benutzen. In der Küche gibt es kein Schneidebrett und für 5 Personen zu wenig Geschirr. Alle Kissen sind hart und Betten unbequem, die Matrazen sind bestimmt mehr als 10 Jahre alt. Das Schlafsofa ist hart und schmutzig und in der Armlehne befindet sich ein Brandloch.

  Potentially fake apartment! The host doesn't answer at all!

  I booked the apartment Amiryan15/7 Excellent apartment in the center and contacted the host through Booking.com messages one day in advance to ask for check-in information. The host told me to contact him via WhatsApp. I managed to contact the person associated with the number provided, but he told me that he knew nothing about the apartment or my booking. Nobody responded to any of my questions through Booking.com messages either. At that point, it appeared that the listing might be fraudulent. I also had to spend a lot of time trying to cancel the booking without paying the cancellation fee, which was the full price of the stay. Please be careful when booking this apartment, as the listing may be fraudulent.

  NO RESERVAR. Cancelan a última hora

  Teníamos una reserva en este alojamiento desde hace meses. Contactamos con el dueño en varias ocasiones y parecía estar todo bien y en regla hasta que, el día antes de llegar al alojamiento a las 10 de la noche, nos llega un mensaje predeterminado del gestor del piso cancelando la reserva sin ninguna otra opción, indicando un supuesto “problema técnico”, con un video corto adjunto. Minutos después se canceló la reserva en Booking.com. Intenté reclamar al anfitrión, pero me seguía contestando con mensajes automáticos. Así, nos quedamos sin alojamiento a menos de 24 horas de llegar, sin ninguna alternativa, con el estrés que ello supone y el incremento de precio de reservar un alojamiento con menos de un día de antelación. Mirando las reseñas del apartamento, encontré el caso de una mujer a la que parece que hizo lo mismo. Esto, junto con el carácter predeterminado de las respuestas que me dio, me hace pensar que es una práctica habitual, y que seguramente no es la primera ni la última vez que lo hace. Por ello les recomiendo no reservar este alojamiento.
