    Ms. Lisa, Ms. Ayu, and all the other staff members were very warm and accommodating. The food was great. The place is suitable for families, especially those with small children.

    Despite a 10-hour delay to our check-in due to flight delays, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. From day one until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate our lost luggage, calling the airport several times to follow up, even while we were out exploring. Their kindness and dedication made a real difference to our stay. Our room was spotless and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The pool at the back of the hotel was the perfect place to unwind and cool off while enjoying some amazing cocktails. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything we ordered was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. Do not miss the Balinese Experience on the menu! It is a wonderful opportunity to sample authentic Balinese cuisine. Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic stay. The exceptional staff, comfortable room, relaxing pool, and delicious food made this experience truly special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali!

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amnaya. Facilities were first class and staff very friendly, welcoming and professional. Great location 2 min walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant was equally impressive.
