  A great location but the apartment seas sadly lacking

  The location

  In my opinion, this is a 3-star apartment at best, with fairly basic amenities. While the location is excellent, right in the centre of town, the overall standard falls short of what you would expect from a 4-star property. The biggest issue is the water pressure. Being on the top floor, it seems that whenever someone else in the building uses water, the pressure drops dramatically, sometimes to virtually nothing. The shower looks lovely in the photographs, but be prepared to wash under little more than a trickle. The five flights of stairs are also worth bearing in mind, particularly if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility. The balcony view is reasonable, but nothing special, as it overlooks the surrounding rooftops rather than offering any particularly impressive scenery. Check-in arrangements could also be improved. The rental company dictates when the apartment can be accessed, which can be frustrating if the time they offer differs from the time you originally requested. Overall, the location is undoubtedly the apartment’s strongest selling point, but the basic amenities, unreliable water pressure and other shortcomings mean it does not live up to a 4-star rating. Good for location, but disappointing for comfort and facilities.

  Читайте отзывы про верхний этаж. Это правда высоко и лестница крутая. Кофе капсул, чая в апартаментах нет, бокал для вина один, посуда разномастная. Ориентированность на посетителей низкая. Не смотря на большое количество сообщений о том, что радостный момент визита во Флоренцию приближается все равно у нас фотографировали паспорта для оформления налога, хотя я заблаговременно все данные внесла в электронную форму. Бокалы нам несли 2 дня по причине того, что нет в наличии. В итоге принесли только один и у нас было 2 разных бокала для вина. !! Отзыв об отсутствии бокалов был оставлен накануне нашего приезда другими жильцами, но это было проигнорировано Струя воды в душе очень слабая и периодически пропадает горячая вода В комнате вечером темновато, ламп мало и они мигают. На фото и днем все выглядит лучше, чем если вы приедете в ночи

  In the heart of Florence! A great apartment in a lovely location!

  Loved the location, apartment is lovely!

  The air-conditioning did struggle with the intense heat! The stairs were alot!!!! :-)

  Overall location and price were good. Balcony was super. Amenities in the apartment were very basic but adequate for our

  Location and view were awesome. Short walk to fabulous restaurants and bars

  It’s on the very top floor so you need to be prepared for a long climb up the stairs with your (heavy) luggage. Air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not performing great.
