  The apartment is around 4–5 km from central Milan. It looked perfect in the photos, and we were excited about our stay, but the reality was disappointing. We arrived in the evening to find extremely cold, dirty floors. Slippers were not provided, although we understand they were not included. The real problem was the cleanliness: our white socks turned black, and there was hair, dust and dirt in the corners. I ended up taking a cloth and washing all the floors myself. When I contacted support, they offered to send a cleaner the following day. However, we had arrived tired after visiting several Italian cities and had already unpacked. We wanted to relax without having someone cleaning around our belongings, so I declined. We were then promised a complimentary breakfast and compensation for the cleanliness issue. Unfortunately, neither materialised: no breakfast was delivered or arranged, and no compensation was received. The pillows were also very uncomfortable — thin, worn out and filled with clumped synthetic stuffing. They need replacing. There were only about three coffee capsules available. On the positive side, the apartment is spacious and offers enough room for three people. However, the condition and cleanliness did not live up to the photos. Cleanliness is a priority for me when choosing accommodation, and I had noticed a previous review mentioning this issue. Unfortunately, our experience confirmed it. The apartment needs more attention to cleaning, better pillows and follow-through on promises made to guests.

  Siamo stati molto bene nei apartamenti. Ci tornerei volentieri grazie

  Mi è piaciuto che era tutto nuovo e pulito e aveva tutto il necesario. La position è favoloso

  I cuscini sul letto erano terribili e si potrebbe mettere più carta genica e sapone in bagno

  The area was nice and quite safe. The apartment was really really clean, the bad was very comfortable, the Internet was good and the apartment was fresh and well furnitured 👌 The check-in process was great.

  The only missing thing was miasing microwave, but it's not critical.
