Einfach fantastisch. 🤩 Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Ampia Villa war für uns das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil. Zwischen Rom und dem Meer gelegen ist es der optimale Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Freizeitaktivität, je nach Geschmack (Meer& Rom) . Unser Hausengel F. hat uns sehr gut betreut und stand jederzeit bei Fragen etc. zur Seite. Das Viertel Casal Polocco ist besonders schön: gepflegt, sauber, schön angelegt. Das Haus selbst hat mehr wie ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen (zwei Zimmer waren nur als Einzelzimmer genutzt). Zusätzlich könnte sogar noch der Keller mit Ausziehcouch und Toilette genutzt werden. Die vorhandenen 4 1/2 Bäder sind besonders für Gruppen ein unbeschreiblicher Luxus. Der Grill hat uns ein wundervolles Essen beschert, den vorhandenen Pizza Ofen konnten wir zeitlich leider nicht nutzen. Zusätzlich kann auch ein Anlagenpool und Tennisplatz im Viertel mitbenutzt werden. Da wir mit 8 Vespas unterwegs waren wurde uns ausnahmsweise die Garage zur Verfügung gestellt. Daaanke. Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.ein tolles Haus.waenr 9 Personen und ein Hund.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Tennis und Pool wurde viel genutzt.Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet.Die 5 Badezimmer waren einfach super.Betten bequem.Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Lieben dank an Franceska für immer wieder schnell Antworten und Fragen.
Eigener pool war nicht vorhanden dafür ein toller Gemeinschaftspool.leider durfte man immer nur mit 4 Personen rein.Dafür eine epflegte Anlage mit nettem Personal. Das obere Zimmer mit den drei Betten hatte keine Klimaanlage und im Sommer eindeutig zu heiss.Unser Sohn zog dann in den Keller,der aber sehr schön ls Wohnberwich zu nutzen ist.
