    5/10

Nice location. Terrace and outdoor common areas are as good as published.

The apartment is much older than it looks in the pictures. It has a good potential, but it really needs a full painting and new equipment. In particular, we misses new frying pans, wine glasses and a new dishwasher (the current one is so old that is useless and it will require handwashing).
