    La ubicación del apartamento y la amplitud del mismo, tal como dicen.

    No hay aire acondicionado, hacía calor. El ascensor funciona con llave que solo tienen los vecinos que han pagado. Así que hubo que subir las maletas por las escaleras hasta el segundo piso.
