Stressful
The property is very nice and big. It is clean and the description is accurate.
I did not like the communication with the host and I would definitely not recommend using the car elevator. We had a problem on the last morning we were there, as the elevator was not working and our rental car was stuck in floor -2. We had to catch a flight, which we almost missed. There was nobody in the building and none of the phone numbers around the building were working. I called the host a lot of times to the emergency number he gave me and he did not pick up. I also sent a lot of messages via Booking very worried as we were more than an hour trying to exit the building without success. I understand it was 7am and he might have been sleeping and not seen it. But once he saw my messages he never apologised or anything similar. I literally sent him messages desperate as we had no idea what to do, because we had to return the rental car before catching our flight. A maintenance guy of the building appeared at some point and tried to help without success. The host replied to one of my messages in Booking after trying to call him for more than 1h. He literally just told me “unclick some buttons in the remote control”. I explained him that even the maintenance person couldn’t fix it. We eventually had to call the rental company, leave the car in the garage and catch a taxi to the airport. I texted him again explaining this and asking if he could inform the rental company once the elevator is fixed, so they could go pick up the car. Of course, he didn’t reply to this question. He just said afterwards “it’s fixed now” (we were in the taxi by the time). I asked if he will be there to open the elevator for the rental company, he just said “Yes”. And that’s all, never got an apology or anything. It just felt unreal that after all the stress we went trough that morning, we almost lost our flight and had to pay extra fees for leaving the rental car there, that we didn’t even get an apology from the host.

It's great
Excellent location for excellent money. It's spacious, minimalistic and cosy.
Not enough blankets, since it is was a cold night and no airco in the bedroom. There is central heating, but I presume it only works during winter.
