    Immer wieder sehr gerne

    Riesen-Privatterasse, sehr gute Ausstattung der Suite, permanent sehr höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, massenhaft Geschäfte/Restaurants in der Nähe, individuell per Telefon durch die Rezeption auf °C-genau einstellbare AC, ruhig - trotz Durchgangsstraße, gutes Frühstück.

    Privat-Valetservice-Parkplatz = €18/die, aber es lohnt sich trotzdem.

    Our stay ended on a very unpleasant note due to extremely rude and aggressive behavior from the front desk staff. Despite our stay being prepaid, I was confronted and treated like a thief simply for loading our suitcases into our car. The receptionist forced me to make an additional payment before allowing me to exit the building, completely ignoring the fact that my wife, dog, and remaining belongings were still in the hotel. Instead of an apology, we were met with condescension and lectures. Completely unprofessional experience.
