  Best place to relax

  The host is very nice and thoughtful and had asked me prior to arrival of i needed anything extra in the suite and had everything super clean. The bed is very comfortable and the parking jars extra convenient because you don't have to park on the road and try finding parking. Everything is great at this place

  We enjoyed our time at Amy's. A great place to use as our base at the beginning of Alberta holiday.

  We really enjoyed our stay. We were travelling with a family member who has special needs and our host was very accomodating. A very welcoming and helpful host!

  Comfiest sleep ever

  The bed was super comfy and the couch in the living room was even better. Great lounging and comfortable.

  The shower head was barely working for water pressure. Easy fix. Just get a shower head with a filter and it should build enough pressure to have a good shower in the future

  Shocking treatment by the host

  Please read below. Have nothing to say here.

  Have stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world but was never treated like this... Problems started on very first day when i was told that technician is coming to replace faulty A/C thermostat. Then faulty smoke sensor etc... In the apartment above closer to evening time it was a non stop noise, knocking, banging, running and every single day like this. So I eventually asked for the noise to be lowered down a bit but it didn't make any difference. Finally one morning when I was far away I got an email from Booking.com saying that my booking was cancelled by the property owner. He did this for no reason... I was nearly 1000kms away from the property in another Canada province! It was complete shock to me! I was given 2 hours to pack my things up and get out! How can I do this being so far away??? So I had to cut short my adventure trip and try to head back and then find another accommodation! Next day when I came to collect my things from the property I was NOT ALLOWED to do so!!! I could not believe this! Was told to stay outside on the street and don't approach the house! The property owner went through my PERSONAL belongings/clothes and put them into black bin bags and threw outside! Expensive fishing gear which didn't fit into black bin the owner threw on the ground on gravel! This is illegal to do so and it was witnessed by other people as well which were shocked! I should have called Police at this stage... This was not over... When I got to my new accommodation I realised that number of my personal items were missing! I have informed the owner and he said he found them....unbelievable... So I had to incur more costs and stress to organise collection of my personal belongings for the SECOND time! Had so much stress that I had to take medication. I can't believe how somebody can treat their customers like this! Will be speaking to my lawyer regarding this matter now.
