    Wonderful place with incredible view of the lake

    The view is absolutely splendid, you get to wake up with Como lake in front of you. It’s a quiet place, you can get a good rest here

    Disappointing. Aircon was not up to the heat which made the apartment unusable.

    The views of the lake are obviously amazing, but the inadequate aircon made it impossible to stay here.

    It was hot when we stayed (37 degrees) and the air conditioning provided was totally insufficient. I booked the property because it was air conditioned. When we arrived all the blinds were up on 5 huge west facing windows, and the temperature in the apartment was the same as outside. The aircon was off even though I had let them know our arrival time exactly. Also the aircon was a strange set up that was internal, low powered, and only able to be used in one room at a time! No where did it explain this in the properly description online. We had to drag the mattress from the bedroom Into the lounge to sleep in there with our kids on the sofa bed. We messaged repeatedly about the problem but they stopped replying. We had to stay that night because it was too late to move. We left in the morning and didn’t stay the second night.

    Un po’ scomodo arrivarci perché è necessario fare un pezzo di strada a piedi con le macchine che arrivano, ma quello è dovuto alla conformazione della costa del lago
