A surcharge of 30 Euros applies for arrivals after the check-in hours which are agreed (during the times permitted) . Once booked, the lead person who has booked, must immediately send the name, age and date of birth of all guests to the host via the booking chat to confirm the lead guest who has booked is over 30 in particular. Furthermore, 14 days before arrival, the lead booking guest must send the ID of the guests to the host on the booking chat or to the contact details in the auto reply. If the lead booker and the guests do not wish to send in their actual photo ID, alternatively, the following information is required by local laws by the host; - Age of each guest with their date of birth - Name of each guest - Address of each guest - ID/Passport number of each guest including commencement and expiry date - Any contact details to enable a smooth check - The requested time of arrival in line with our check in times which are permitted. The meeting point is Mercado de Villegas - Calle el Real de la Jara 6, 41008 Sevilla, Sevilla, where the guests will be required to show their ID, which can be cross checked with the information provided above, or a copy of the actual ID which has been provided ahead of arrival. Please note our minimum age restriction is 30 years of age. If you are under 30 years of age and have booked for others who are also under 30, the booking cannot proceed. If there are people in your booking who are over 30 who will be staying, then you can change the name of the lead booker to another guest who is 30 However, please note, you are not permitted to add anyone over 30 who will not be staying, simply to gain entry once we know no one is 30 years of age from the boking. In this circumstance, you will have to cancel as ID checks are carried out upon arrival as per the fine print.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Prendre une douche complète chaude impossible ! Les casseroles sont vetustes , il y a le stricte minimum pas de saladier.. . On arrive il n'y a déjà pas de parking privé alors que c'était intitulé, pas d'huile de sel de vinaigre enfin de quoi se retourner en arrivant . Il faut tout de suite aller faire des courses Il est impossible d'ouvrir en grand les portes du congélateur et le frigo ne refroidi pas .

Notre séjour dans cet appartement à Séville a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue. L’appartement est très bien équipé et dispose pratiquement de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. L’un de ses principaux avantages est qu’il se trouve au premier étage. Il y a également un parking public gratuit à proximité, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour les personnes qui voyagent en voiture. La dame chargée de l’appartement est vraiment formidable, très gentille, sympathique et toujours prête à aider. Elle est constamment disponible et à l’écoute. La communication avec les propriétaires de l’appartement est également excellente. Ils sont disponibles à tout moment et fournissent volontiers tous les conseils et indications nécessaires. L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent, à proximité de nombreux services et commodités. Le quartier est populaire, vivant et animé, ce qui permet de découvrir une atmosphère authentique de Séville. En résumé, nous avons passé de très beaux moments dans cet appartement avec ma famille. Je n’hésiterai absolument pas à louer le même appartement lors de ma prochaine visite à Séville, et j’espère que ce sera très bientôt. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur attention. Je leur souhaite beaucoup de réussite et tout le meilleur.

Súper cómodo y equipado
Excelente lugar con todas las comodidades. Departamento super limpio y equipado. Extremadamente atención por los detalles. Muy buena comunicación tanto con la reserva como con Jessica, quien nos recibió y nos contó sobre el funcionamiento detalles la unidad. Muchas gracias por todo 💕
