    Perfect stay for Hanoi Old Quarter! Stayed for 4 nights, staff and value was exceptional!

    Perfect facilities! Staff were always so friendly, especially our guy who worked the night shifts. Always greeted us before and after our nights out and was very kind. We were grateful to have a larger room and nicer shower than previous hotels!

    The washer/dryer didn’t seem to work great. The washer left some oil stains (dark oil circles) on our clothing that wouldn’t come out. Also, our toilet would occasionally stop filling up with water and turn unable to flush. This happened every day multiple times, so we had to use the upstairs bathroom. Told front desk staff about it, and they told us they would take a look at it and try to fix it. We never heard back from them regarding the issue, but it continued to happen. Overall, not a huge problem, but would have been nice to hear an update from the staff!
