    No era tan bueno como pensé.

    Los lugares dentro de la casa son muy bonitos. La zona es excelente y el señor Frank es una persona amable. La verdad, estoy agradecido por el buen servicio que hubo en la habitación y la cama tan grande. Diría que puedo recomendar grupos de personas o familias.

    Lastimosamente, me notifican que debo dinero saliendo del hotel por algo que había ocurrido días antes, aunque acepté (siendo injusto para mí) me inflaron el precio 25 dólares, logré negociar para que me dejarán el precio en soles. Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto en un hotel. El desayuno era muy regular. Si bien me gustaba que fuera autoservicio y podías tomar lo que necesitaras, tomé este hotel porque tenía desayuno. El desayuno era incluir: Yogurt de caja/jugo de naranja de la nevera, tomar corn flakes de una máquina, un café o pan tajado. He asistido a hoteles más baratos con desayunos mejores. Hay reglas que no estaban dichas en Booking, y las sabias estando dentro de la habitación. Eso no es transparente. Llegué a este hotel por sus buenas referencias, pero el servicio y la transparencia del lugar no fueron acordes.

    This hotel feels like a museum with its beautiful, elegant decor. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. If we ever return to Lima, we will definitely stay here again!

    Location and shared kitchen/veranda

    Breakfast was extremely poor. Cornflakes, flavoured yoghurt, supermarket bread, condensed milk, no fruit. We had to supply our own fruit, muesli and milk. We would have expected a boutique hotel to provide quality, fresh ingredients, suited to international travellers.

    Hospitality an warmth!

    Breakfast was basic but to be expected if they do not have always full house

    We were coming unexpected so there was a problem with the warm water but was very fast arranged by changing the room.
