Piacevole ma migliorabile
La stanza era pulita e comoda, abbastanza vicina al centro della città ma in una zona silenziosa e tenuta in ordine.
La stanza ha buone prospettive ma è necessario fare degli interventi di miglioramento degli infissi troppo vecchi, del pavimento, e soprattutto l’isolamento del soffitto troppo caldo per cui è necessario avere sempre l’aria condizionata accesa.
