Es caro para lo que ofrece
La decoración
Ubicación, acceso al piso, ascensor muy pequeño y claustrofobia. Zona difícil de aparcar, muy ruidosa y lejanía a la zona del Puerto y playa. Algún vecino fuma hierbas y el olor sube al piso

Fin de semana familiar
Todo limpio y correcto. Se aparca bien en la zona. Muy buena comunicación al centro con varias líneas de autobús que evitan mover el coche.
El ascensor del edificio es muy pequeño.

Alojamiento para repetir.
El apartamento un 10. La anfitriona otro 10. No faltó ningún detalle. No puedo decir más. Si volvemos a Gijón no dudamos en repetir.
La única incomodidad que le vimos por decir algo es que las almohadas son muy muy blandas (para nosotros) y el aparcamiento bastante complicado llegando un viernes a la tarde-noche.

Piso ideal , super limpio y muy bien equipada, los aparcamientos son gratis por la zona, no es zona azul, cosa que se agradece
