    Good location to explore Syracuse

    Lovely loft style 2 bedroom accommodation in a fabulous location. Air conditioning and coffee machine. Generous space in lounge and kitchen. Host gave us local snacks and wine (soo lovely!). Washing machine and clothes airer rack was helpful.

    The internet dropped out twice but this was a fuse issue in the hallway that we had to reset. We did run out of hot water in the morning and the water pressure was lacking.

    5 night visit October 2026

    Very good location on Ortigia Island - walkable to everything Apartment was spacious comfortable and everything worked well - air con, WiFi etc Host Nicole was very helpful and friendly - she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed Very nice roof terrace which is shared with a couple of other apartments, but I never saw anyone else up there, possibly because of the external staircase you need to climb to access it Overall, it was a great choice and we really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 nights and could have done with a couple more If you bring a car, it's worth paying $25 a day for the valet parking just across the road, because there's nowhere nearby you can park on the street due to resident's parking restrictions on Ortigia Island. It works well - they are open from 7am until 11pm, so easy to come and go each day

    A few minor points, but they didn't spoil our stay: Bear in mind that you need to go up a couple of flights of stairs to access the apartment, which may be an issue for some people The kitchen would benefit from a couple of new sharp knives for cutting bread/vegetables etc It got dark about 7pm when we visited in early October and there doesn't seem to be a light on roof terrace, so it's effectively unavailable after darkness falls

    Comfortable charming and well located apartment

    Charming, comfortable, and well located apartment. The host was friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was fun. Although it is shared with a few other apartments, we never saw anybody else using it.

    The kitchen is small. There are only two burners on the cooktop, but it is functional for cooking simple meals.

    Bright, centrally located apartment.

    Bright, clean apartment near the seawall and an easy walk to the centre. Coffee pods and water bottle were nice additional touches. The roof top terrace is a lovely bonus. Anna was easy to communicate with.
