    Lovely secluded getaway close to Denmark WA

    A beautiful and secluded location of the Jonathon Hook Studio. Floor to ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, rammed mud brick walls, modern kitchen, gas cooking, aircon, comfy lounges, tv with surround sound. Bed was comfortable with lovely linen. Jonathon’s artwork and ceramics were on show. Most of the crockery was made by Jonathon which was magical! The wildlife was all around, birds singing - a splendid blue fairy wren fought itself in the car side mirror protecting his girls and tapped on the window each morning to wake us up.

    Lack of pantry items (salt, pepper and sugar was provided), old plastic chopping boards and utensils, cutlery needed a good wash prior to use, dish sponges were very old. Minimal personal care products in the bathroom.

    We enjoyed the stay, it was a pleasure to stay in such a gorgeous building, wish we stayed longer.

    Beautiful location with accommodation to match. Very relaxing, quiet location with comfortable facilities.

    Beautiful countryside retreat.

    Love the country setting and the magical songs of the Kookaburra in the morning. A brilliant place with Jonathan’s artwork throughout. Very well equipped with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay.
