    Looks better than it was, very disappointing. We won’t be back.

    Good location, good breakfast

    Air conditioning didn’t work. Our room was so hot we couldn’t sleep most of the night. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was smaller than we expected. The pool was closed because a light fell out into it so the hot tub was extremely crowded and not very warm.

    Cassandra went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Cassandra.

    The breakfast seemed repetitive ( scrambled eggs and sausage. There was no bacon ) There was no bread for toast offered. The bananas were not fresh and always empty. My family stayed 5 nights so breakfast is very important for us. There was no lactose free yogurt. MOST IMPORTANTLY , coffee and hot water should be available to guest 24/7 at a property offering breakfast at their facility. Breakfast staff was amazing, helpful, and kind.

    The lobby and hallways to the floors were extremely warm and humid during rainy days.

    Horrible stay!

    Nothing.

    Horrible breakfast, water park closed, pool dirty, no shuttle, and parking $40.
