    We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, we would come back and we definitely recommend it.

    Staff was really helpful, they were very supportive and friendly when we had to change our room as the one we got (as an upgrade!) was not the best fit for our family with kids. The restaurant staff was also super friendly, our children loved them. Big hello to Kristina and Eleana. Foods were great and big portions. The location is superb, it is in an ideal neighborhood with 4 different beaches in the reach at walking distance (within 10 mins) and a nice big park nearby with playground, lots of trees and hiking trails. It is right next to Chania, 10 mins drive, but with the tranquility of being outside of the busy town. Shops, restaurants are nearby, access to motorway is close and easy. Airport is also not too far. The hotel building style is nice and modern, pools make it look very trendy. Gardens are very nicely maintained with tropical vegetation that make holiday experience more complete.

    That is why our score is 9 and not 10. These are small things what other people have already shared in their reviews.
