  Fantastic stay in a clean Villa with wonderful owners who were great with communicating.

  Easy to collect keys. The property owners were very good at communicating. You got a WhatsApp message every day asking if and/or what time you wanted the Villa cleaned for the next day. It was a small walk to the main street and not too much further to the beach. There was a local laundry and small shop within 50-100 metres of the Villa.

  Superb

  Pool was a good temperature due to sun exposure. Great layout of Villa. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet location, close enough to JL Legian but away from the noise.

  A couple of small things like the pool piping pumping water through a pipe out of the box in the paving rather than through the jets. Two sunbeds were old and worn. Upon arrival the cushions on the lounges were stained. Small issues that didn’t really impact, but were present.

  The pool and privacy are worth it

  Our first time staying in a villa which is like a mini house. 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms at either end with pool and living areas in the middle. Fully private with full height gate and big concrete brick walls. We loved having our own pool and our own space. The pool gets full sun and then shade through the afternoon- fantastic for us pale people who have to be careful. The kitchen is good. We actually didn’t make any meals because there’s too many affordable and great restaurants nearby. But we used the fridge and that was bigger than a bar fridge. The freezer was inside the fridge, normally they don’t work but this one does. Kept ice creams and ice frozen. I did defrost the fridge because it had really thick ice inside (I did it more because I found it fun and I guessed the cleaners never had time to). Good location - easy to walk to Jl raya Seminyak or sunset road. Close to a minimart and a circle k. Best breakfast until 12 is at Bloom cafe (10 min walk) and then their lunch is good too. There’s also lots of other restaurants to choose from. And transport is easy to find once you reach jl raya Seminyak. Otherwise download grab and gojek and order a car/bike straight to the villa. The staff also happy to help you do this. The wifi worked great and we were able to watch Netflix. Beautiful table and chairs and the storage for our bags were great. I could happily live there. It has a great layout and the bathrooms are really nice. We asked for a scale to weigh our bags and they came through! So thankful for the prompt help. I was worried our bags would be too heavy.

  The biggest thing to warn people about is that the toilets do not flush toilet paper. You need to dispose of it in the bins provided. At the end of your stay I think you should also empty those bins because that is gross and unsanitary to leave someone else. The king beds are spacious but they are a little hard. White fabric lounge looks nice but the fabric had stains so had a thin blanket over it. It also wasn’t very comfortable to watch a movie because it has no head/neck/shoulder support. It hasn’t been that well maintained so even if it’s cleaned well it doesn’t look it. For example if you open a drawer it looks like old food inside but it’s actually paint chipped. The paint is chipped on all the bedroom furniture too. The counters have water stains and so do the tiles in front of the water cooler. They don’t leave water bottles, instead you have the water cooler. I was scared that may not be well maintained (there could be mould and algae growing) so we bought water bottles at the minimart - 22k for a 5L. Very cheap! And in the pool there’s a section in the middle that has dark rocks at the bottom of the pool- it almost looked like feces so I got a glove to get them out and turns out they are dark concrete clumps stuck to the tiles. You’d need a chisel to get them. Also the pool water drains had algae and needed a clean. And girls be careful with your hair because there’s a very strong suction pipe on the side of the middle of the pool. If you leaned against it with your hair out it could be dangerous. In the bathrooms the sink drains are also bad. The bathroom sink closest to entrance had no sink waste in it so if you dropped an earring you’d lose it straight away. The back bathroom sink just had water go down slowly. Kitchen fridge light didn’t work. No bathroom fan in front bathroom. The front bathrooms handle for the handheld shower was broken so the shower head slumped down toward the wall.
