Οι τέσσερεις κυρίες που συναντήσαμε στη ρεσεψιόν , στο πρωινό και στην καθαριότητα ήταν φιλικές και πολύ ευγενικές. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι απο την διαμονή μας στο Anamnesis City Spa και θα το επιλέγαμε και πάλι για να μείνουμε στα Φυρά.

Fiquei decepcionada. Pretendo voltar a Santorini, mas não voltaria a me hospedar lá.
A recepcionista Maya foi muito simpática e gentil. Deu várias dicas locais e foi muito atenciosa. O quarto em que eu fiquei era grande e estava bem organizado e limpo. Tinha chuveiro quente e garrafinhas de água para os hóspedes dentro do frigobar.
Nosso ferry boat foi cancelado no dia em que deveríamos fazer o check in no Anamnesis City Spa. Pedimos ao hotel que reconsiderasse a nossa reserva e eles não fizeram nada a respeito. Só me certificaram de que o nosso quarto estaria reservado. O problema foi que, eu estava viajando com mais 2 amigas, ou sejas, éramos 3 pessoas. O meu quarto era grande o suficiente para alocar nós 3. Mas ao refazer as nossas reservas, ao invés de colocarem nós 3 juntas (que seria mais barato para nós), nos mantiveram separadas. Além disso, a van que faz o serviço de shuttle do porto para o hotel é péssima: fedia a cigarro, não tinha nem cinto de segurança no meu assento e, ainda por cima, o serviço é cobrado à parte.
