    An upmarket Holiday Inn feel

    Maybe we’d been spoilt by previous hotels we’d stayed at in Thailand but this felt like an up market Holiday Inn. Lacking the personal touch, rooms ok but nothing special and too “big” a resort for us. Better hotels in Chiang Mai

    Heartfelt genuine Thai hospitality

    Room at the vacation club was spacious and breakfast was great. Bam’s attention to details was tiptop. She was genuine and very helpful to my entire family.
