Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Wellness resort … loin et avec plein d enfants bruyants
Le terrain de squash
On s attendait a beaucoup plus calme pour un wellness resort. De nombreux enfants hurlent dans la piscine… et la salle de massage ayurvedique est juste au dessus ! Des vélos sont prêtés… pour rester dans l hôtel !(problème de securité avec le village a coté nous a t on dit : c est vrai qu il y a des barbelés partout autour de l hôtel ) 30 min de route escarpées pour atteindre l hôtel

Verblijf is geweldig als je daar blijft maar niet als je naar Ella wilt
De service, de mensen en comfort van de huisjes geweldig.
The distance. We choce the hotel because it was advertised on Booking.com as being located in Ella, only 4.2 km from the city centre. The actual driving distance between Ella is approximately 20km. The final 8km from Bandarawela to the resort is via an extremely steep, narrow and winding road. This makes the resort much more remote and difficult to access than the description suggests. Even our experienced Sri Lankan driver advised against travelling this road after dark. In practice this means that going into Ella for dinner or spending evening there is not a realistic option.

Endroit pour musulmans Bohra pas aux standards EU, ne correspond pas du tout pas du tout au site. Tres mauvais équilibr
Le personnel (tous des hommes - vu aucune femme) était gentil.
Le site ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité: services wellness chers et sous performants, piscine minuscule laide, nourriture mauvaise et pas du tout saine et bio, pas d’alcool pour motifs religieux. Il appartient au groupe Bohra (qui fait des excisions de femme encore aujourd’hui). Photos de dirigeants dans la chambre. Très dérangeant pour une femme européenne.
