This apartment has a definite wow factor, and was a perfect base for the local SW Coastal path.
The apartment itself is beautifully light and spacious, with an outstanding view over the Teign Estuary from the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, although we ate out locally both nights that we stayed. What I would call the 'Old Town' of Teignmouth along the waterfront, beaches and marina etc is just 10 minutes walk away from this apartment. There are numerous pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants and takeaways to cater for all tastes and budgets. Our stay coincided with some great weather, so there was a real buzz along the waterfront where people could sit outside enjoying drinks in the evening sun and warmth.
