    Great and comfortable

    Location, central . Apartment was spacious,comfortable reasonably clean, and relaxing. Decorated nice. Bed was comfortable and big. Netflix and app available on tv very accessible. All amenities very suitable for our stay. Ben was very helpful and communication was great.👌👍

    Not a dislike, just confusion, we couldn't quiet get the electric heating to work properly, they heaters seemed simple to change, for heat to go up or down , thinking we had cracked it, then when feeling cold it seems to turn it self off and showed signs that they had no charge in them💁‍♀️ and seemed to also be linked wi-fi ? So we were confused a little. Sometimes it seemed like the old storage heaters, where they regenerated over night? So a blanket came in handy. But we must add that this wouldn't deter us from staying again though . A little more attention also to the high level dusting of areas, too would help with the cobwebs.

    Disappointing.

    Location.

    The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Dust on towel radiator and bathroom mirror, dirty draws with hairs in bedroom with dust on bedside cabinets. Had to live partly out of suitcase as draws were full of bedding in both rooms. Plus opened food in freezer from previous guests. Communal areas not very inviting as you enter the property, doesn’t give you that holiday feel. We did find the property over priced compared to properties we’ve stayed in before for this time of year. Boutique price for basic accommodation, I could go on but previous guests have also commented on the cleaning issue.
