    We had a good time regardless the property needs a little work and extra cleaning

    Location was good, easy access.

    The place could have been cleaner and it says beach front access. While that maybe true its misleading and the area in front of the condo is owned by a hotel down the road and they will run you off their area. So gives you very little space to setup and not in a very nice setting.

    Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

    The property was nice, clean, close to the beach with easy access to all activities. There was no annoying checkin process. We received directions directly to the front door and a smooth and easy entry. Aesthetically the condo was pleasing. We had very a comfortable stay.

    The condo had a really strong damp/mold smell that isn’t great for asthmatic guest and the $150 cleaning fee was a bit extreme. They should considering refunding half of that if the unit doesn’t require more than the standard hotel cleaning. Also, even though the beach is located just a few hundred feet from the condo, we were asked to move our chairs on the beach to accommodate a boat of beach comers who were shuttled in.
